OUTFIT7 HYBRID TEAM BUILDING 2021
We divided the annual employee gathering into two parts – an online part, where employees socialized in groups and came up with creative ideas for designing the Outfit7 Park, and an in-person gathering, where they actually made the chosen products; however, each office made them in its own country. On the day of making the products, the office locations were connected via the Internet; by joining forces, they built the Outfit7 Park at the Volčji potok Arboretum.
